Some of our boats can have either twin or double beds in the cabins, and some to accommodate extra guests have a make up double bed in the lounge.  It can on occasion be better to go for a slightly larger boat with fixed berths to ensure a comfortable stay.

Llangollen Canal, famous for its breathtaking viaducts and aqueducts, might call for a more nimble narrowboat, offering easier maneuverability. On the other hand, the Four Counties and Cheshire Ring routes, known for their diverse landscapes and historic towns, might allow for a larger vessel, giving you more space and comfort as you explore at a leisurely pace.  That being said all our boats can travel either of these routes.

Some of our boats have large super comfy king size beds in the cabin, however it is at the trade off that there are no front doors onto the bow deck.  On the other hand our fleet boats which have smaller double beds do have front doors onto the bow deck, so if you would like to enjoy cruising the canals as a passenger reading your book on the front deck there is maybe a trade off with the size of the beds as an example or vice versa as an example.
