2 person modern and funky narrowboat
Lady Sylvia is a super fresh new narrowboat with a reverse layout. She was launched new in 2021 and has since then accompanied guests each spring, summer and autumn cruising season along the canals of England and Wales.
A capable boat with unique design features and a host of modern conveniences as well as a king size super comfortable memory foam bed, so you can stretch out and relax after a days’ cruising.
From the entrance at the stern you enter into a wave style kitchen area with oven, hob, fridge and all the utensils and crockery required to cook up a masterpiece in the kitchen. The open plan layout then continues into the lounge area with two captains chairs and a spacious room for relaxing and dining in.
The bathroom features a walk through layout which provides additional room for grooming, much more amenable and less cramped than some layouts on other boats which may have a small area set aside as the bathroom. There is a flushing toilet, basin set in a corian vanity unit and full size quadrant shower.
Through to the bedroom is a large king size bed with memory foam mattress which is uber comfortable as well as storage wardrobes and a side hatch for greeting the swans in the morning.
Heating internally is provided by a webasto central heating unit which keeps the boat toasty warm of an evening if required.
At the rear is a large sociable stern deck from where you can survey the waterways as you cruise peacefully throughout the English countryside before continuing for example onto Wales and along the Llangollen canal towards the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.
An excellent boat for exploring the canals for experienced and new crew alike.
